Art of Laila Marie costa

I just bought my first piece of local art by Laila Marie Costa Melbourne artist. Laila has been lucky enough to do artist in residencies all over the world including NY, Italy and is off to Argentina in a few weeks for 3 months! Wishing her all the best - we look forward to seeing what she comes back inspired with after that trip

Australia Day.. have we lost what this should really be about??

Yes January 26th is Australia day - It concerns me when I see some status updates and Australia day merchandise around that lends is self to awful racial comments - come on guys the first fleet were the first "boat people" We should embrace how lucky we are to live in such a beautiful country that has so much oppurtunity for all! And be thankfull for the diverse range of multiculturalsim that makes our country so colourful and ultimatley a great place to dine out in. I think it is time for a new Aussie flag!
